Even disregarding the ones who would want to research it (either just to learn, or to see if they can incorporate it in their bloodline), there are plenty of reasons to have slaves taught from birth who are capable of private tactic-talk. Although yes, their ability to remain childlike for longer rivals that ability when it comes to becoming assassins instead. And with a squad of them both racial abilities (childlikeness and telepathy) really makes them excellent assassins.
