Almost certainly. Aside from the fact that all the other demons loathed him and probably wouldn't have wanted to sleep with him, if he had any sexual experience before meeting Lorem he probably wouldn't have felt odd about bedding her even if he hadn't lived with anyone before. But he apparently was raised well by that professor guy in the flashback chapters since he behaves as a perfect gentleman.
