I doubt it because she's our main character. So the rival would normally be a woman trying for the guy. The rival is normally against the MC and we already did that for her. Plus at this point their feelings are too obviously biased to each other, so it wouldn't make sense. The rival is normally earlier on in the progress to push them together. Then she's been single all this time and the whole point is that only this guy could have gotten this close to her. So it would be wild and pointless for a rival to pop up now. Unless they're just a joke or forcing her (and I don't think this is that kind of serious drama manga).
