he ends up raising the affection of the other 2 protagonist girls you see in chapter 1 (Marianlotte and Amueliza), Vamiliola (the female Duchess and Amueliza's older sister), Vamiliola's youngest sister (who happens to be younger than Amueliza), Mial (Forsina's maid), Aramund (the dark elf ninja we see in this chapter), Kuralia (the beast girl mentioned last chapter), the elf chief, the elf chief's daughter, the current saint (Marianlotte's predecessor), the royal knight captain knight/general, his own head alchemist, a sorceress from 2000 years in the past who's soul was put into a doll, the demon lord, one of the demon lord's generals who happens to be the Succubus Queen, an ancient automaton, the water spirit, a prime minister of an enemy kingdom.

they all love him and and are willing to bear his child. he keeps giving them extra potions (basically an elixir that can heal a person from near death) while telling them they are all important to him so he doesn't want them to die and wants to keep them by his side, with Forsina as his number one most important person. he fails to notice that they all took it as a profession of his love towards them. Aside from Forsina, Duchess Vamiliola is always angry at him because she keep asking him if he knows what he's saying and doing to all these women, to which he answers yes. completely unaware of what he's actually doing because he keeps answering vaguely in a way that can be interpreted as a confession, while he himself believes he's just recruiting them to work under him as useful subordinates, because he thinks that they surely can't have feelings of love for him as an evil cunning mid-boss character.

i was amazed he somehow manage to not seduce the queen

Sadly, he is that dense.

He'll constantly spam gifts on nearly every female for the sake of 'affection-raising'. His words are ambiguous enough to be considered flirting, then he'll always scratch his head when people point it out and go 'no i didn't mean it like that'. He also keeps bringing up how he's now a middle-aged sneaky-looking duke so surely no one would be interested in him, right?

He also kisses a Spirit and a loli-baba possessing a human doll for mana-transfer purposes, then tries to excuse it as 'they're not human, they don't count, kissing isn't part of their culture blah blah blah' but yeah it definitely meant something to them. The harem just rolls with it except for Folsina who's constantly seething.
