I don't think he's found his threshold yet, unfortunately.

Now that Goto, the Super Impassive/Spineless Father, is putting his foot down...maybe Ken will have a moment of clarity in realizing how untenable this situation is. But his PI lady friend seems invested still, even beyond Ken himself--and if she's remaining involved, I don't think Ken can break away.

Hopefully he does come out of this alive at the other end though, yeah.

Definitely enjoying watching the dynamic of this family unravel, though. I do think Akemi is just in a "wants her cake and to fuck it too" sort of state of mind, given how she accused Goto of infidelity so shamelessly. But the spiral of the two of them and Moe and her half-brother is riveting.

We had a few scene of him thinking about his 'daughter' that way. So it's not a real surprise.
She's also guiding him toward feeling jealous, toward wanting her. And all the doubts he has about her not being his biological daughter only made it worse, due to the what if.

He always had it, since chapter one, but he was doing his job as a father and push those thoughts the farthest away possible.
But now the dig as been blow up and he sees is daughter as a woman, now, its time for Moe to tie the loose end, to be able to live her "happily ever after", and it will be brutal
