Alright, tried to ignore it, but now I have to drop it. It's become too overbearing. The whole "male protects the yuri" trope is a complete blight on the GL genre. It's bad enough in mangas that are actually about a GL relationship, but it's pretty much intolerable in a Manga that is about nothing other than this trope. I can only count my lucky stars that this trope is nowhere near as common as it used to be, and pray to the gods that this trope is eventually fully eradicated.

That's fine enough, but what did you expect with the first chapter? This was obviously GL from a male observer's perspective, and his appreciation of it for humour's sake. This is like watching a porno and getting upset that there's sex in it.
