Could've gone either way really lol

But yeah imo if she really cared that much about the dog, she wouldn't have left in the first place before she got a place that allows pets. Though she probably still cared tbf, it's not like she's abusive or anything like that.

I noticed last chapter and this one that when Ex calls Uruha sits there but when Noriaki calls Uruha runs up to Ex, is there a reason a dog would go to someone else only when you call?
I don't know dogs enough to guess this quandary so if any dog aficionados out there have any answers the imparting of such knowledge would be much appreciated.

Also she seems way too desperate to get Uruha back now that he's human.:pepehmm:

I was right, she wanted to keep him but ended up at a place without pets allowed. I don’t think she’s bad for wanting her dog back, it’s sad to see somebody snubbed by a pet they love but that’s how it had to go.
She never once came to visit the dog,so she doesn't have any right to demand him back. If she explained things properly and had come to visit, she would have a point but because she didn't she has none.

Not defending her because I find something sus with her, but it's not crazy that she might not have been able to find a place that allowed pets and was within her budget if the breakup was sudden. And Uruha wasn't a small dog, so that's another potential limitation since I know some American apartments at least ban larger dogs.

That said, she's definitely suspicious and I don't trust her. Something about her reactions felt a bit too desperate, and not because she was sad to part with Uruha. That smile with the sweatdrop on pages 6 and 7 just feels off to me.
She never once came to visit Uruha or even call or messaged to check on him. If she truly loved the dog,she would have at least messaged or called. I know she doesn't like her ex but it's was not like a violent break-up or anything. They just didn't understand eachother and stopped getting along,so she didn't risk anything by messaging him.

She r
She's not right at all. She didn't communicate with Nori how he should keep the dog until she finds a place or say it's temporary. Her leaving was basically the classic "I am gonna to go the store to buy a pack of cigarettes" and didn't come back until now.
She reminds me of my dad...

Hold up, so was the earlier chapter way back translated wrong? I thought she left without intending to take Uruha back eventually, but here she says it always was her plan to take him back.

Anyway, I'm glad to see that she got snubbed. Taking care of a pet is not something you should do on a whim, it's literally getting a new family member. She definitely didn't seem like a responsible person.

Yeah looks like a case of dogfucker.....
