It's possible for a couple to drive each-other crazy without either of them being malicious.
If this manga lets the main couple reconcile and they work out the issues that drove them apart to begin with, it would be a story teaching lessons about relationships that mangas usually don't bother with.
Otherwise it'll be the usual run-of-the-mill romantic comedy.

I wonder what the ex-wife hates about the ex-husband that he needs to work on as they still care about each other because the wife kept trying to go to his house.
