I'm bout to add my few cents to the jar. My short version of this is basically a C version of Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend.
Honestly isnt the worst but the story/title is just misleading. I was expecting a romcom with you now a dude and his friend's annoying little sister, but it's not fully like that. Now the main heroine is indeed his friend's little sister but the story doesn't feel like that. I'm bout to basically explain the whole story so just warning you spoilers.
In all honesty this should have been called something completely different due to the what I listed above. The story isn't the worst but the main focus of it seems split and its not doing this manga well. If you're expecting a story focused around an MC and his friends little sister, well you'll get that for like only a bit more than half of the manga.

Now the MC is this very efficient game producer/director of a small indie game group called The Fifth Floor Alliance. This is what basically ties our characters together. The main goal of the MC is to make this group a part of the company his Uncle is in charge of. In order to do that he starts dating his cousin (Yes his cousin). So where does the friend's sister come into play? Well his friend is his neighbor and a part of the game group. She's also a part of the group. Anyway the title is misleading cause even though the main heroine is supposed to be the friend's sister, it just doesnt feel like it. It feels like whenever she shows up, its forced. The main focus of the story isnt really about the relationship with his friend's sister. Sure they have their moments together but he also has those moments with his fake girlfriend (cousin).
The story could be better if they changed some things with the story/title. Either you actually focus on more meaningful interactions and moments with the friend's sister, or just focus on the MC's goal and the development of characters around him. We already know who he's gonna choose due to the title and nothing is really being fleshed out in the manga. The story idea is more of a harem but the title suggests a romcom with a single couple.
