Early on the blame was basically all on Fuuko because she's a terrible person who was blackmailing and SAing Yuni into a relationship with her. But the minute that Yuni decided it was okay for her to cheat because Natsume didn't say she's cute, Yuni became equally guilty and terrible. Natsume flaws and concerns are legitimate. Yuni is a brat who wants their relationship to be about her, and only reflects on her flaws because of guilt. It really feels like Yuni is dating for attention, and not out of genuine feelings.

In other words, you should 100% BLAME THEM FOR THE CHEATING because of how abundant and available the non-cheating resolutions to this conflict are
