Eh, I mean. Yeah it's sad. But I'm not a fan of this type of stuff in stories. Maybe if the husband got in trouble and she left with the kids I wouldn't mind it so much.

Also, I like the High-School version of the mother a lot. I wish we got a design like that in the main cast.

it pisses me off how important beauty is in Korea. their society is so obsessed with appearances, i feel like it would be so suffocating to live there. not saying that beauty isn't important anywhere else, but it's not nearly as important in USA at the very least (from my own experience)

The divorce and affair isn't so surprising now. I'm not saying she was justified, but the marriage obviously wasn't working out and she clearly fell in love with someone else. She should've gotten a divorce first, but that's life, these things happen.
