It’s weird that both Lin Wenjing and PingPing both grew quite a bit in their mid 20s, I believe the growth spurt is supposed to stop at 18-19.. but Lin Wenjing now is almost the same height as Lu Meihe and she even has bigger boobs.. well, I think it’s better that we have characters in their late 20s and than the teenage part..
i think the characters may seem odd initially upon their introduction, but they have a satisfying end!

RIP Yuri Knight, the author ran out of time and you had to end the series as a single 28 year old purse rack.

Usually stress but i think genetics also have some "say" in when hair starts turning gray.

On greys, I will start by mentioning they aren't considered "premature" unless they're before 30:

"Hair is said to have greyed prematurely if it occurs before the age of 20 years in Europeans, before 25 years in Asians, and before 30 years in Africans."

So 36 is well within when this can happen. A lot of people in their 30s will try to hide the greys, like by removing or dying them, but it's not unusual to have some.

The article also talks about causes, includes stress and genetics:

"Stress causing over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system increases noradrenaline release in hair follicles. This overproduction causes depletion of the melanocyte stem cells which are required to produce melanin, the pigment responsible for hair color.

Premature greying of hair has been observed with greater frequency among certain families, suggesting a familial predisposition for the condition..."

But also diet and lifestyle:

"Smoking is another factor that is considered to be related to premature greying of hair. Smoking results in generation of huge amount of reactive oxygen species leading to increased oxidative stress culminating into damage to melanin producing cells, melanocytes. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays is considered to initiate similar processes in hair follicles resulting in premature greying of hair...

Nutritional deficiencies: Vitamin B12 deficiency, Folate deficiency, Iron deficiency, Copper deficiency, Hypocalcemia. Chronic protein loss and low serum ferritin"

I think a long list of vitamins is kind of missing the point though. The issue is that you didn't eat enough vegetables and did eat too much processed food, which also causes "oxidative stress" that would normally be alleviated by antioxidants in vegetables, or are protein deficient. Or possibly not enough b12/iron if you don't eat many animal products or are vegan.

I have no aesthetic issue with greys myself, but I'm pro slowing down greying when that means making healthier choices.

I had my first gray hair with 22 or so. By now there's so many I have to get my hair dyed regularly. 🫠
