The depth of every single character in this manhwa is the reason why I love it so much. It started with being the typical isekai-novel trope, so there’s this base expectation that this too would follow the generic outline as the other comics of similar genre. And I’m just so glad it didn’t go through that route. No ruining friendships for boys. No white knights to save the damsel in distress. No perfect MC that everyone instantly loves just bc she has the advantage of knowing the “plot”.

We also always see how these isekai MCs “steal” all spotlights from the original female leads, thus making the og story revolve around them. In this comic that’s not the case. We can still pretty much see the influence of Yeoryeong being the original female lead of the novel, while Dan-I creates her own storyline.

I’m still convinced that her arc with the new classroom and new group of characters is just a way of the author of the novel establishing her very own story.
