Well, two ways to go from here imo:
1) Technically she got a doctor to cut the finger rather than she herself doing it, and back in chapter 22 the option given to her was "cut the finger yourself", so theres that.
2) Our girl will honor her side of the deal and not kill her...with the injected blood. Nothing was said about inflicting other things on her in the future. In particular, the deal was just about being a cheater in general, nothing about our MC in particular, so Taya absolutely has grounds to protect her turf.

Why should the Ex trust that this eldritch spider monster who broke into her house to threaten her would keep her word, or tell the truth about the capabilities of her blood sorcery? Perhaps she can do more with the blood. Perhaps she can't do what she says.

I mean, if she knows that her ex-boyfriend is dating the eldritch spider monster, she should absolutely stay away from both of them, no question. But if getting the finger amputated is the only way to remove the spider's control... probably should get that done, regardless of whether she plans to turn over a new leaf.
