i liked the story but...

i feel like they didn't delve into the FL(younghee)'s back story enough. I thought we were gonna meet the brother face to face after chapter 49 when he goes, "maybe i should use that place as my next stage." But we never did?? Also i though she was just part of a really rice family but apparently they're rich cuz they're mafia?! honestly thought it was a joke when i first read cuz the author likes to do stuff like that but no IT WAS REAL. ?!? Also im confused about what exactly she did at the hospital that was so bad that all of the staff hated her and said all that cruel stuff about her to the point that she transferred and suffered from anxiety and depression long afterwards. Did she kill a man? Or did she witness a man killing a patient and then take the blame for it? why were they calling her succumbus and flirt and stuff and accusing her of trying to get a man killed? im so confused.
