It's good. Official TL is also nice. No arrogant young masters, no face-slapping, no being stupid, no fat best friend causing trouble for MC, no damsels in distress left and right, no Deus ex machina (em... almost), no system, no betrayal, etc.
MC is one-punch man, who tries to find a way to cross a tribulation so he can continue his way towards immortality, but with story progress, his character is enriched by author with different ideas. Romance is late and light. Comedy is light-hearted, though there were two tropes I don't quite like: "preachy wife"-like character and MC being dense in love, though with time he understands that for him it is indeed hard to accept a grace of beauty and he tries to change. Harem is kinda not opened so far til ~115 chapters, MC is interested to explore romance with only one girl, and one other girl has a crush on him, but not a very deep one. World is quite rich and story has a nice spirit of adventure.
