Yeah this ain't real, it's a manhua written to be wholesome and feel good. Only you can help yourself, you're living as you so you should know best what you're lacking and take steps to fix them.

See the story's premise already has a lot of things too convenient. ML(since you're comparing to him) already has enough money n house from the start, all his ventures are successful that he can live without a job and he's smart as hell. He doesn't have any relatives to maintain relationships with and everyone in the neighborhood likes him. Finally for FL , he skipped meeting her, getting to know her, getting her interested in him(it was forced by circumstances) and literally has no competition. She aalso ddoesn't have family and friends to approve him.
You won't get a situation like this ever in real life.
