Pretty much. She solves her brother’s problem with the flower gifts he wants to give to Xiaoxiao. He does the chores for her, he gets half so he can save up and buy the flowers for Xiaoxiao. Meanwhile, she only came up with the solution, convinced him to do the physical labor for her, she gets money and she doesn’t have to do anything at all.

She’s really smart, and she got the best traits of both parents. She does care for her brother, though I think she gets annoyed a lot having to keep him in check to make sure he doesn’t do something too stupid.
