He's still a predator and shouldn't be allowed near children ever again. That was a weird swerve, spending all time playing up the teacher as a predator only to “acquit” him in the end. (Not that it changed the fact that we watched him goon on her picture). Another story might make him an unreliable narrator…but whatever, happy for Ms.Gyaru.
I don’t disagree, only pointing out the weird decision story wise. He was “framed” initially but was clearly grooming Konno for a sexual relationship. Schrodinger’s Nonce. He's still a predator and shouldn't be allowed near children ever again.
I don't know if it can be called grooming if the victim is 18...I don’t disagree, only pointing out the weird decision story wise. He was “framed” initially but was clearly grooming Konno for a sexual relationship. Schrodinger’s Nonce.
Still in a position of authorityI don't know if it can be called grooming if the victim is 18...
I didn't say it wasn't, Grooming is for children, if you do it to an adult it's just sexual harassment.Still in a position of authority
It’s not really the age part but someone who’s clearly vulnerable being manipulated for sex.I don't know if it can be called grooming if the victim is 18...
Actually per guidelines per several law enforcement agencies grooming can apply to “children, young adults, or vulnerable adults” and is more concerned about the the power dynamic than specifically ageI didn't say it wasn't, Grooming is for children, if you do it to an adult it's just sexual harassment.
That's for the fanbox version.I don’t disagree, only pointing out the weird decision story wise. He was “framed” initially but was clearly grooming Konno for a sexual relationship. Schrodinger’s Nonce.
Whenever I hear about cases of Grooming it is from an adult to a minor, But I guess it makes sense.Actually per guidelines per several law enforcement agencies grooming can apply to “children, young adults, or vulnerable adults” and is more concerned about the the power dynamic than specifically age
That’s mostly because it’s the most common form, so I can’t really blame you. I had to google and do a little reading to double check.Whenever I hear about cases of Grooming it is from an adult to a minor, But I guess it makes sense.
I doubt he was actually framed. It was probably his biased way of looking at it. He was trying to get too close to a student, but then the student "betrayed" him by refusing to become his victim and made it public. He's not the type to acknowledge his own faults, let alone crimes. Even when grooming Konno here, he absolutely believed he was helping her, giving her a loving family (himself) and make sure she's has got the finances to educate herself (as his young wife or mistress). Now he's again the victim, in his own mind, when Konno refused his "help".I don’t disagree, only pointing out the weird decision story wise.
