I like her, if this was MY story, i would make mc fall in love with her and the sister would just be familial love, a rare manga without incest.
She has done nothing wrong yet, in fact she has only been beneficial to MC and hasn't lied to him yet.
HOWEVER, things can't always be what i want, here's my theory:
It will be revealed later that she liked Mc during middleschool, and she was the one who started the rumors cuz she likes him.
