"Noiser" doesn't appear to be a word with much currency in standard American English. I did get a couple hits for it in what appeared to be British contexts, but the translation doesn't otherwise affect Britishisms for any of these characters, so it stands out. "Loudmouth" would presumably have hewed to the meaning of whatever this was in Japanese.
