name of manga with sumerian gods

Hello. I can't remember the name of a manga with its world inspired by sumerian/mesopotamian mythology (Ishtar, Tiamat, marduk, etc...)

It is a romance manga and the setting its located inside a world based on mesopotamian culture. It has very graphic scenes and battles.

I only want the name so maybe someone with just that can tell me. If not next are some spoilers:

MC is a reincarnation of a very powerful god and almost every major character is an avatar of some god

At the start of the revelation of the supernatural origins of the story, the female protagonist literally and magically have the male protagonist touch her womb with his hand through her belly.

I have more details but they can ruin the story for someone interested. The spoilers surely can help identify the manga to someone who read it before.

I tried searching on google but the results show nothing.

@contrasena - I think you're looking for Shihou Sekai no Ou. It is not available on MangaDex, because the group that scanlated it doesn't allow uploads to this site.

I didn't remember that I finished reading it before so you can imagine what a mess it is on the last chapters. Also there are no more newer works from the same authors.
