This manga lays down a lot of groundwork for the overarching plot without making them seem significant and as a result the story feels like its plot is going everywhere without direction. With a little bit better execution, this could've been a masterpiece. It's a shame, I guess.

Hmm... I just started reading this today and have really enjoyed it so far. It is not the deepest of character studies, but I am fascinated by aspects of the world. It needs to pull some stray plots together, but I’m still along for the ride!

I guess this should be an exciting chapter, but I'm just somehow really bored and close dropping this manga.
I just haven't seen any clear/exciting/interesting direction for this manga's plot which would hook me to want read more of this..

Clear direction and way for our mc and the plot to advance is rather important. (Ofc slice of life titles are a different thing on their own)
