I feel like Soborou just gave up at the end of this arc and just continued on waiting to get axed or something. Because the end of 69 and then the entirety of 70 felt really out of nowhere and rushed, not a satisfying ending to a couple at all. And after that

Kind of just hoping he ends it at Volume 10.

This arc really had promise at the beginning. The whole blackmail scene ruined it and then the losing her teacher's license made it worse. It's like it was decided to dump this just when it was speeding up its escalation. At least it wasn't as stupid as two arcs before this, imo.

Easily one of the best couples of this manga
Also, best MC of all so far.

This was a genuinely great chapter. (Though, the only nit-pick is that he really didn't have sex with them as much as he was assaulted)

He acts like a mature adult and tells his love that she shouldn't stop chasing her dream even though she's in this situation. He still loves her, but he doesn't feel ready to have sex with her and thinks they both should keep pursuing their passions. Only then will they be physically and emotionally ready to be together. Also because of his injury, he feels that he needs to get better for her so he doesn't risk injury and thinks that, despite respecting her for standing on her principles, hanging up on her manager still shows a sign of recklessness.

This is a genuinely good ending and I feel it perfectly completes this arc in a satisfying way.

@Polo yeah really not looking forward to the next 3 volumes, apparently they're not good at all especially focusing on that new mc for 3 volumes. Maybe the sensei after them will be better?

1. Volume 11 is yet another Volume with the same characters (somehow) = Dropped
2. Volume 11 is a new couple = On Hold till the TL catches up/Dropped depending on how the reception is
3. Volume 11 is revisiting previous couples = On Hold till the TL catches up
4. Volume 10 is the end of the series = Dropped
5. He gets axed before Volume 10 finishes = Dropped

So not looking too good.

Possibly the best couple in the series. I still like kuudere sensei the most, but specifically as a couple, this volume's was probably the best one (the whole thing with the other idols was really weird tho).
