I like this chapter. It's a nice subversion of the trope where the otherworlder just goes and uses their knowledge from their previous world to their advantage in the new one. Like, how many things that you make use of in your daily life would you actually be able to reproduce in another world given none of the niceties of modern living? And here there's the language barrier on top of that.

He's doing pretty well to realize that early and think of the things he can do despite the limitations.
This manga's been full of these little subversions and it's pretty great for that

I found it funny. He starts off talking about finding a job where he can make use of his super strength, and then suddenly decides to draw a map. Okay, I get that the idea is for him to use his super strength to get around the village, but still, I thought it was funny.

Yeah, at most you could bring some information that will be truly useful, but unless you have some deep knowledge in a specific field, you're not gonna make a living out of it. And honestly, do you truly want to be the one that brings a colossal amount of social, economic and political change in such a short amount of time ? You'd just end up targeted by those who have their interests hurt by the knowledge your bring, while everyone around is part of a giant game to get close to you. No genuine connections. Sometimes knowledge is better hidden.

Thanks for the chapter :D

Not much to analyze in terms of the Myaasanese language this chapter. It was still a very fun chapter though.

Ryouta is a highlight of this manga for me. He is such a goofy and endearing guy with an active mind, which makes him so entertaining to watch! I also love how his first instinct to communicate to a foreign culture is always to switch to English for some reason. It never gets old.

I wonder what that creature is. It seems to have paws for front legs but bird feet for hind legs. Also, it has feathered wings and a feathered tail, but also horns and fur? I'm definitely down to learn about this world's ecosystem.

Any other isekai'd Japanese person will be an expert cook able to make everything from scratch but I love the realism of his 'it comes from a shop' knowledge.
I came to the comments just for this, absolutely wonderful shutdown of the classic isekai trope of introducing mayonnaise/soy sauce/whatever (with practically no trial or error learning to make it by hand for probably the first time in their lives) to elves/whoever and them loving it for no reason, despite likely having completely different diets and senses of taste. At least with the "introducing highly distilled alcohol to dwarves" version of the trope it'd make sense that dwarves might be willing to sample a drink that (in all likelihood, because brewing & distilling is way harder than it looks, especially if you're starting from scratch with no tools) tastes like absolute shit but burns like hell...

Family Feud Set:

"The category is 'Things these Isekai Worlds Don't have for some reason.' Already on board are 'Human Rights,' 'Three Field Crop Rotation System,' 'Double-Entry Bookkeeping,' and 'Game Mechanics Knowledge'"
"Um... Soy Sauce?"
"Show me....SOY SAUCE!" --*DING *-- "NUMBER ONE ANSWER!"
Dont forget about soap / shampoo
Water hand pump!

Seriously thought, main character energy here: what he should be doing is learning the language, and helping with the everyday tasks is a good way to learn everyday words. Instead he is already trying to bring "civilization"...
