You know, it would’ve been a good choice to have Rin like Obito instead. This is just another one of those team 7 parallel situations but if Rin liked Obito the whole time, it would’ve made Obito easier to sympathize with during the war arc. It just makes it more tragic and makes him starting the war feel more justifie. Not necessary but I think it would’ve made thibgs carry more weight.
