The fact he already knew two of the girls for some time before rescuing the third is quite wild.

Not to mention one of them has the same name as the classmate, Kohinata, using it in a public space as a waitress, but MC dismisses it because she's not that Kohinata that he knows from school. How common is that surname in Japan?

Also, the other girl, 'Nayu', is literally 'Yuna' with her characters reversed, so it's practically using her own name, as well, but that's a common name for Japanese girls as far as I've noticed, so I couldn't blame MC for that, but it's not really creative to hide her identity, either.

I'll be honest with you there is possibility for these that is the case, his contact lenses probably arent great or idk. I'll give the author time to cook on how and why he doesnt recognize the 3 girls, cause to be fair they wont recognize him they never interacted in school.

It's actually done reasonably well in the LNs. The more time they spend around each other, the more obvious it becomes who they really are. First-arc girl stays fooled for about five seconds once he helps take on her situation. Second-arc girl recognizes him, too, but is in some heavy denial about it (even her subconscious is like "take a hint girlie").

You can sort of tell the cafe girl is the loli with how she is sitting in the booth.

The art is ok sometimes but that last page face shot is just bad. This is supposed to be a full face glow-up shot of an S-Tier beauty and she looks almost like she's in clown make-up and wig. Maybe they are supposed to be dressing-down compared to their high school beauty looks.
