I get that the gag is they're all different outside of school but the MC himself said they're similar yet couldn't connect the dots? Suspension of disbelief can only do so much heavy lifting.

maybe he needs his glasses, but taking them off and changing his hairstyle is his "disguise" to enjoy shojou manga, so when he is meeting the 3 girls he only sees a vague resemblance because his eyesight is not good enough to recognise people's faces when not wearing glasses. Dunno, only logical explanation to how freaking blind he is, now what could be the 3 girls' excuse, maybe just that they don't know Haruya at all in class and haven't noticed him, because otherwise his disguise kinda sucks, only works because no one in class is familiar with him.
