Sekai Oni: This series is just really weird and surreal. The main character has Alice in Wonderland syndrome. For a grim horror psychological manga, it feels optimistic (sort of in the same way that Attack on Titan is dark but still hopeful), even if it gets rather dark at times. Unlike the other characters, the main character is unique in that she wants her family members to die.
Good Night World: From the same mangaka as Sekai Oni. A VR gaming manga with a very broken family that accidentally find each other in the game world and end up being on very good terms with each other, unaware of each other's identities in real life.
Not Lives: Another survival game series.
Darwin's Game: Yet another survival game series. The scanlators for this series love their puns.
Ajin: Some people in the world are Ajin: they're immortal and cannot die... And these Ajin are ruthlessly persecuted and abused and experimented on. Also, Satou is like the most badass OP villain ever. Watch out for him.
Immortal Hounds: This is like the opposite of Ajin. In a world where humans are immortal and they resurrect immediately when they die (to the point where people shoot themselves in the head on a regular basis, e.g. when they get a cold, because that restores them back to normal), some people called Vectors carry the deadly "Resurrection Deficiency Syndrome" disease, which prevents people from resurrecting, causing people to die for real when they die.
