@aiyikes Cast a wide enough net and something is bound to get caught! No matter the medium, sex sells. I don't really mind a little fanservice myself as long as it doesn't get in the way of the main plot if there is one.
@Wildfire_desu if it's an issue about calorie intake, skipping regular meals and going with healthy supplements and switching snacks into low-cal (like diet coke and ice-cream) is usually the way to go, increasing your metabolism by going out on walks is a pretty low-effort way to help lose weight too. Remember to get some muscle exercise and eat plenty of protein to make sure it's mainly loss of fat and not muscle you're getting, and properly exfoliate your skin 3-4 times a week so you don't end up looking like a folded-up tent at the end of it.
It kinda comes down to what's more important to you/makes you more happy. If binge-eating and living a comfy lifestyle feels better it's fine to continue to live like that, and if you wanna lose fat/look good/be healthy more than continuing your lifestyle you'll do that even if you're not told to because that's what you want. Either one is fine and up to you to prioritize but focusing on not being able to have the cake and eat it too is kinda pointless.
