nothing much - tl;dr you thought you were getting gold but you got trash:

• the paper is a "pull" from the game, so one attempt at getting a new character.
• the rainbow version of the paper is a 3* pull, a high rarity character (usually the better character and the one you usually want), the rate is abysmal like all gacha games - about 3.7% it seems
• the blue paper it turns into is a 1* pull, low rarity 78.5%, usually these characters won't get used.

I don't play this one, but all gacha games are like this.
