Don't need to be with the meat, can make other dishes. Marrow I heard can be prepared as a spread for bread and beef marrow is really good for this. Blood can be made into pudding or sausage, but I can imagine dragon blood might simply be too rich or potent to be edible with anything. Nourishing if you can stomach it.
