2nd disciple is here!
For anyone thinking ALL his disciples will be girls, if I remember his next after this girl coming up will be a young man! Likely the Writer realizing he was giving MC a harem of sorts after this girl coming up.
He is a typical "kicked from the Party cause horn dog wants to steal his girl" only fun fact is the Girl in question didn't fall for the scumbag's "lie" that the guy left on his own without saying anything, and isn't STUPID either! As in she catched on REAL FAST that the scumbag just wanted to "team up" so it would just be him, his friend who helped him and is equally scummy and THIRSTY and the Girl and another female member! The Guy was forcefully by the two jerks made to be the FIFTH WHEEL to be removed! She ain't stupid that he only got involved with his friend to "catch tail" instead of taking Adventurering seriously! Hence her and the other girl IMMEDIATLY leaving and her joining up with the guy! Fun part is it doesn't take long for this to happen! It's quite sweet too as they come together LARGELY because of their wish to GROW in their job as Adventurers!
The Best part is the Scumbag suffers getting SCAMMED as well! Turns out he joined a class being taught by "Zero" but it turns out to just be a Shady mid tier adventurer and his group taking advantage of Reito hiding his idenity as Zero to try and scame young adventurers out of their money at the expense of his reputation! It's just another example of Reito hiding his identity as Zero having CONSEQUENCES since it was OBVIOUS someone would pull something like described one day, assuming they'd NEVER catch attention enough to WARRENT the REAL Zero coming after them and the major part as you know! More Proof of the "Bad type of adventurers" which is WHY ALL Adventurers are stereotyped as Criminals and Low Lives! Hell the girl in the wheelchair's story ALSO has an example!
She's being bullied in school, largely by a "We use to be friends till we got to high school and she betrayed me and became my bully instead" specifically her "ex" friend seduced the WORST type of deliquent in the school who's trying his best to emulate "Jotaro Kujo" at the start of Stardust Crusader when he was listing what "made him bad!" The Kid is scum ABUSING the buffs fro leveling up to use violence and intimidation to get what he wanted, and because of the schools IGNORANCE on what to do, cause it takes her after Reito's training to beat his ass when her bully sics him on her! CALL THE FUCKING POLICE! Which also shows! The guy becomes a PRIME example of "who deserves to be on that Blacklist" Reito was unfairly placed in
He and the former bully of the new girl have this WEIRD ass epilogue the writer made after the end of the upcoming arc explaining what happened to them after the new girl beat the asshole's ass! Which also ended badly for the bully cause she was ONLY feared because she was the Thug's Girlfriend! But with him arrested and Gone! Well alot of that resentment that she finds herself Pariah till University! Where she tries to "Start over" and lie about her past! Getting a new BF and friends till the Thug, now released from his sentence shows up wanting to get back togther! Her attempt to cut him off and hide her past causes him to out her out of spite for "abandoning him" which costs her EVERYTHING! She falls on hard times, drops out and gets pulled into drugs and prostitution that eventually she becomes a Yakuza whore till she was set for "disposal" where she gets saved by the Thug cause guess what work he was doing! With his record and blacklist, he can only end up working as a low level grunt, working with his Senior in "Disposing" of crack whores that can no longer give them money and are wastes to be thrown away! He sees her as next on the list and in regret for wrecking her new life before, tries to save her! Gets his ass beat cause his senior IS a high ranking retired adventurer who is also EX-SDF and he is still a low ranker who was too use to being a Big Fish in a small pond. But he DOES win and run away with her! Their fates....unknown!
It was strange the writer made an epilogue about two characters who LONG lost their relvence when their victim, the Wheelchair girl stood up to them!

NO he doesn't, while as far as I know he had the Karen and the new girl as Disciples, the next one after this one is a guy! And No His destined one seems to be Karen if I last remember! The new girl REMAINS a Precious disciple as the Boy who comes after her does!

HE enjoyed helping their growths and through it starts noticing MAJOR FLAWS in the System for Adventurer's in Japan, more so from what happened to him back in Chapter 1! Namely the bad reptutation "bad characters" have given adventurers and specifically those in CHARGE of the Japanese Guild Branch! Namely that Receptionists and the guy who stole his Ex were PRIME examples of the CLERICAL SIDE of the Guilt being VERY dangerously HOSTILE towards does their meant to be giving AID AND SUPPORT TO! So once the Guild gets shut down and some events! Reito privitizes the Guild and everything to do with it! Major part is that it's best to fill the staff with ADVENTURERS! As in to even get a Clerical Office/Receptionist positiion, you MUST have served as an Adventurer to at least C rank to apply! This assures Adventurers are being aid. And looking at what happened to the Receipionist before and his Ex! It turns out to be a good idea! Can't be ignorant if you "live the life as well!"

It's funny how since this story moves at a slower pace even the uploader seems to have forgotten that this is a harem story, in the novel when it was being translated the same thing happened on novelupdates.com with it being listed under just the romance tag with them adding a harem tag later on and in the current chapters there is like 6-8 girls so far, I can't remember the exact number

"Sightseeing" -huh?
We won't be seeing Karen for a long time since every arc will mostly focus on the new disciple, once Reito has assembled a lot of disciples, we'll see her again and even living with him and she's always mistaken as his wife lol. However, there will actually be some sort of development arc for them in the future (several years in fact), but unfortunately Karen backed out. It was such a good moment too since whatever the hell happened between them was almost like a proposal, but both didn't go any further. But at the very least, Karen is undoubtedly the main love interest in the series.
Also, I love the design for Shion (2nd disciple) and I can't wait to read her arc in the manga!
