giganippa: From what i know, its not that Cats are Lactose Intolerant, but rather the issue is the source of the Milk/Lactose.
Cats are Carnivorous (they aren't Omnivore like Dogs or Humans), so they can't really easily digest any plant based protein, which is why they have difficulty digesting Milk from any Herbivore Animal like Cow or Goat Milk (which causes them to get sick, or stomach issue).
As long as the Milk source is from an Animal which is either Carnivore (like Cat Milk) or Omnivore to a certain extent (like Human Milk or Baby Milk Formula), there shouldn't be any problem.
I mean, even female cats produce milk to feed their infants, so that already hints that Cats can tolerate Lactose (its just the source that's important to keep in mind).
