From what I understand different provinces in Japan have different ages of consent but from where I'm from (and most of the world for that matter) he was above the age of consent so yes, Sakie is in the clear.

En fait, la série a subi la Purge™ et malgré une tentative de poursuivre la traduction, l’équipe a rapidement lâché l’affaire. En revanche, curieusement, la version « bleue » faite par des fans est passée entre les mailles du filet, et celle-là continue d’être traduite…
