"Follow the sun" is a concept in wich a company/organisation has personel at diffrent parts of the globe.

Lets say you have personel in New York and when they are done with the day, the personel in London takes over.
Later the personel in Hong Kong takes over from London and so on.

The organisation "Follows the sun" by having personel in diffrent places that works daytime and no one has to work nightshift.

Thats the short version of it.
