He seems to be mroe connected to ao-kun though. Ao-kun even recognized him before. Though it is hard to say how much of that was real.

Is Peter ao-kuns secret twin?? This chapter shows that he sounds similar to ao-kun (possibly even sounding the same if not for his burns)
