I think it'd be quite the twist for her to survive but i imagine since ao-kun walked in right after they would've went to a hospital and not have a chance for her body to go 'missing' and such

Yes, it was a funny goof. One of several that Nosebleed and OsisNie noticed from the previous two translation teams.

If they want to go back, they should do chapter 36 at least.
