Again it's only going by how I understand it. It could be that the uploaders removed them or that the takedown happened before those chapters were uploaded. From how I understand the rules, you can't reupload something that has been taken down, but you can upload new content. But maybe I'm mistaken. I've seen other series like that as well. So it's not you.
