If I were to reallllly stretch it, and with my knowledge of Kamen Rider only going up to Showa, Yuugo's pose when he shows the kids how to henshin looks like the the 1966 Ultraman rise pose, except with an open right hand instead of a closed one.

It is. It's what Otoya told Nago on why he sucks at using Rising IXA (because he got blown away when using Final Rising Blast), because he's too uptight. Later on, he learns to use that to his advantage to kick against environment to Rider Kick the monster after the blast.
