I'm not gonna lie, the way that the last kick looked made me think of the Kyuukoku Gespenst Kick from Super Robot Wars. It's mainly the angle of the art at the end that makes me think that, although the pose definitely isn't the same, and the text of the attack isn't on the sides (unless that was edited out, which it probably was, now that I think about it).

So I went back to read the WN again to refresh my memories, but dang, even in this chapter they have some notable changes as well, in a good way.

Spoiler: WN & manga comparisons

In the WN, while Marcos was the one who first proposed they needed to work together, Yuugo was the one to come up with the plan to use the Giga Scissors to boost jump. Marcos even complained about being the springboard while executing the plan. In the manga, instead they changed it to Marcos who came up with the plan. Which IMO makes it better for Marcos' character development.

Another change was the attack names. The original was ブラスタ・きりもみキィィック!! ("Blaster spinning kick") and ブラスタ・きりもみ反転キックッ!! (“Blaster Spinning Rolling Kick!!”).... Yeeaaa I definitely prefer the manga's version.
