Some things are going to be explained in chapter 3, but chapter 3 and 4.1 have little to none progression & action and it feels like thing are going to go very slow from there.

He's a reincarnate, loves and becomes a super sentai/power ranger/kamen rider, and it's in a visual novel game! it's literally 3 things I love packed into one!

The only thing that would make this deal even better than it already is would be a villainess tag, because despite being a guy, I'm a bit of a sucker of isekai villainess stories because the female characters are pretty interesting.

Usually when the main characters of the game the protagonist reincarnated into are assholes i would be a bit disgruntled since it's illogical for game to be popular if the characters are bastards, unless it was advertised as such.
However if it explained by each one of them also being a reincarnee possessing them then it's ok.

Nothing, Because we already finished chapter 4 (it's already available in discord, dex upload is going to have to wait HQ RAW) and it's the latest chapter available in JP. From chapter 5 onward the upload is going to be monthly (JP release is one part every two weeks if I'm not wrong).

But I'll not refuse any money (hehe).
