There are a couple of other manga where the girl was basically trained or brainwashed (warped) by the experience with her first popular/older boyfriend where it was an "immediate sex like a girlfriend is supposed to do or we'll break up" scenario. After that their reputations became well known and it was routine to do the leg wrap as soon as they could after the confessions of their line-out-the-door succession of short-term boyfriends. Their "love" lives mainly consisted of face-in-the-pillow or feet-in-the-air Home Dates or Love Hotel outings. (The MCs in these were, of course, White Knights who Save the Poor Heroine.)

In this case it seems like our girl is just ignorant about these things and is likely a virgin.
