i think it’s more about that old japanses urban legend about medical professionals hiring people to keep unclaimed bodies in abandoned pools fills with formaldehyde. The stick is to push the body down again.
if it was just body disposal, they wouldn’t need to keep sinking the bodies, hell with her ability she would be in and out in under 5 seconds, not like she hiding that skill.
