I'm pretty certain her conception was never the result of anything consensual. I don't think that makes the husband a "cuck" if he actually raised Marla as if she was his own, that just makes him a good person. If your partner was raped and ended up pregnant, would you call yourself a cuck for helping raise that child (I'm assuming that contraception/abortions aren't a thing in this world)?
