I forget what it's called but a similar thing happened in another isekai I read. MC got kidnapped by some girl and we spent like 40 chapters with monthly releases just trying to get him back. It was so bad the ratings went from 8* down to 5 1/2*. It took like 2 years and half of the total chapters were dedicated to it.

That's the one where the guy is a summoned beast, the manga was ass almost immediately, but occasionally something interesting would happen, like the couple times he let lose with all his acquired abilities to look like an action game character.

The exact same shit happened in another manga I was reading. I think it's called "Failure Frame" or something, but it's the same issue. A big battle happens while the MC is away somewhere, and we have to follow a bunch of characters no one cares about for months. And you just know that the battle doesn't matter because once the MC shows up, he's just gonna one-shot everything. The fact that we only get half a chapter each month is just the shit cherry on top.

hahaha yeah there we had this same comment, only difference is that Nitto at least already accomplished his main vengeance, over there we're still far from the vengeance :/

I liked this one at the start. The mysteri of MCs power and that faceless power giver was interesting. But now its just general schlock with 5/10 action. Combine this with a horrible release schedule of half a chapter in 2 freaking months makes me really not care anymore. Dropping this with no regret. Maybe i will come back in 2 YEARS when theres maybe 10 more chapters
