why sierra talk about morale compass to mc? he destroyed that kingdom simply for personal vengeance lol she sure is a dumbass
it was the dragon's heart that yapping about good or evil, not mc
because she has a massive crush on the guy and presumably wants him to stay with her?

while very cathartic in many aspects, MC crushing that kingdom isn't something normal folks would applaud. she's acting correctly based on the context of who she is.

"i shot the fast-food worker because she gave me the wrong order"
"i blew up the gas station because the gas was expensive"
"i ran over the woman and her kids because they were too loud"

revenge fantasy is fun, but it's more or less just emotional slop. a rational look at the story leaves a lot to be desired.

Those are bad comparisons and not at all comparable to mc's situation.

"i was summoned to another world and the kingdom that summoned me tried to kill me so I destroyed them"

hopefully sierra can still find out why the murderous princess aries, the king and their henchmen were wiped out.
with her morals, the mass torture and sacrifice of people for summoning are surely actions to be condemned?
of course masamune took personal vengeance, but he's was driven into suicide before summoning, humiliated again and then condemned to death afterwards.
he could have killed aries faster, but he is literally the person who was devalued and almost executed by her, all while witnessing her true personality.
of course he judged her the same way she did to him.
to all adversaries in the castle that day, he killed them quickly and rather mercifully, aside from the king, another head figure of this kingdom's leadership practices.
besides, "the country of gray velk" isn't wiped out. the top of their tyrannical government is.
there were no civilian casualties here.

The people that got killed are all complicit anyway (I reread that volume and literally no unarmed civilians got caught in the crossfire. I assume all servants had been told to stay at home since that's usually what happened when there's gonna be a commotion in the palace). Can't even blame him either since any semblance of "maybe it'll be different this time" is gone the very same day after he got summoned.

Know the thing Eliza should've asked? An assurance, a guarantee that Nito only did all that to all those who've wronged him. That he'll not do the same to the country Eliza is living in cuz holy shit it's so fucking obvious that his only targets are the kingdom that summoned him and his classmates. Not even knowing the full context and still decided to be meddlesome. Even the king she served knows that just from conversing in a bar once

Not even close to being equal comparisons. Some better comparisons would be:
-“I shot the fast-food worker because he slipped ricin in my food”
-Can’t think of a proper comparison for the second one
-“i ran over the woman and her kids because they were firing gunshots at me”

It’s only a fair comparison to make if you actually put forward equivalent stakes. You seem to have forgotten that the castle was occupied with people fully or partially complicit in both trying to kill the MC when he was first summoned, as well as the wide-scale human sacrifice needed for the otherworld summons in the first place

-Dude was hurt and abused to the point of suicide.
-Gets Isekai'd on the way out.
-Gets hurt and abused by the world he was sucked into; along with the same people who hurt him in the previous world.
-Gets discarded.
-"...You know what?"

He either could have accepted death or turn into the Joker. I applaud his willpower.
