Haejoon was really trying to be his friend even though he didn't understand him, and Eunyung realized it, so he ran after him asking him how bad was what he did or why he is blaming him so much😿
Eunyung felt judged by Haejoon, that's why he's reacting like this, he felt hurt because Haejoon believed that he had changed for the better when he hadn't

dang, eunyung's so full of shit (believe it or not, I say this in a loving or at least compassionate way). like he says he's fine with it all when haejoon says he doesn't want to be friends but then can't help but chase after haejoon. He didn't want to tell haejoon the truth because he was stressed out by all the pressure he felt whenever haejoon would look upon him kindly for something he had done. he hates the pressure he feels from haejoon's expectations, but at the same time he wants so desperately to live up to them and stay friends with haejoon because haejoon really is a great friend and probably the best one eunyung has ever had, even though he's also a really challenging friend for eunyung to have since he doesn't just accept eunyung's bullshit and in fact confronts him about it. It's not a comfortable friendship, but it's a really important one, probably for both of them but especially for eunyung. Man, this author really knows how to twist the knife in the morass that is my feelings about this manhwa T-T

I've come to love the way Joowan thirdwheels in their melodrama
But I really, really, really love Eunyoung, you know? For some people it really does take a lot of effort to learn "normal" behavior.
