Doesn't this kind of fly in the face of the supposed moral of the story?
We had the bullied kid who had to go back and face the rest of his life, the sisters who had to go back and deal with their respective lots in life (one of whom is possibly terminally ill) and hotwheels the werewolf who got Marche'd right back to cripple status.
But apparently this girl's suffering is just exceptional for some reason despite her backstory basically being the same as beastboy and the werewolf and yet she alone is deemed worthy to remain in the other world as a method of escapism.
Doesn't sit right with me.
