This premise would last only until either of them gets a bf/gf, then their after-hours drinks and friend-dates will become impossible, and since they both are quite young, it is almost a certainty that they would start looking for love somewhere. I 100% expect this to turn into romance, maybe not without some "but we're such a good friends! Why ruin our current relationship?" drama, but they will end up together

idk if you've been paying attention to what you're reading? what other direction could it take? talk about romance for 4-5 chapters then just don't develop any? using the literal title as your understanding without any consideration of the content is crazy.

I somewhat agree, but they're more than colleagues who only interact during work/happy hour.

In this chapter it was clear that MC is starting to see Noa with other eyes, and even the boss felt that something may be happening between those two.

As I've said before, I would love to be wrong, but it's not the first time where a manga title subverted the reader's expectation.
